Foshee and six others are charged with an attempt to take over state radio stations to call for an uprising against the communist government of Vietnam.

Foshee had spent over a year in prison before her trial.

Her co-defendants, Le Van Binh, 31, of Tampa, and Huynh Bich Lien, 51, of San Gabriel, Calif., received similar prison terms and were expected to serve three more weeks before being deported.
